A. Shopify Stores :

1. Download the free Stock Sync App
2. Setup a new add feed using this guide (choose Platform=Shopify)
3. Use K6amFmujbSma8preLJWeqK5R for Zalemart's public token
4. Complete your import by following the steps on the guide and then ensure it is imported correctly.
5. Setup a one way inventory quantity and price sync to keep your stock levels updated and pricing correct. You can also use this to increase or decrease our retail pricing to suit your own market.
6. When you receive orders, place them on our wholesale portal as usual.

B. WooCommerce Stores :

Phase 1:
1. Generate API Keys:  In your WooCommerce dashboard, go to Settings > Advanced > REST API.

• Click Add Key.
• Description: syncX Connection.
• Permissions: Change this to Read/Write (Crucial!).
• Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret immediately (you won't see them again).

2. Check Permalinks:  Go to Settings > Permalinks.

• Ensure you are NOT using "Plain." Choose "Post name" instead. The API won't work with plain links.

Phase 2: Install syncX
1. Go to the syncX (Stock Sync) website and sing into your WooCommerce store
2.Login to your store and then enter your Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret.

Phase 3: Create the Store-to-Store Connection

Once the app is installed, you need to create a "Feed" that pulls data from the other store.

1. Create a new Add Feed: Click the "Add New Feed" button.
2. Select Source: Choose Shopify as the source since Zalemart is built on Shopify
3. Setup a one way inventory quantity and price sync to keep your stock levels updated and pricing correct. You can also use this to increase or decrease our retail pricing to suit your own market.
4. When you receive orders, place them on our wholesale portal as usual.

C. Other online stores:

Simply ask your developers to import our products from this live google sheet

The products can be differentiated by their unique URL handles, and the variants can be differentiated by their unique SKUs

NB : If you want the product delivered directly to your customer, you must tell us that it is a Dropshipping order so we will not include our supplier branding on the package. It is best for you to choose the option to collect the parcel from our store, then you will send your courier to collect and deliver directly to the customer. Alternatively, you can add your customer details and address to your order for us to send it to them directly but that means they will get our details from the courier company.
