Welcome to our returns portal where you can return products in exchange for other items or get a refund on your order.

Are you planning to return a branded denim jean? Think twice before sending back a jean that you bought for less than half the normal store price.

Before lodging your request, please be sure to read our returns policy here to ensure that your item is eligible for a return and, if yes, to see whether there will be any admin fees charged for the return or not.

YOU WILL BE GIVEN TWO OPTIONS.

A. REFUND TO STORE CREDIT (EXCHANGE)

• You get a gift card to use on our store so you can choose another size or style.
• You will be charged a small admin fee to return the product, but after it is returned we will refund that too if we determine that the error was on our side.

B. REFUND TO PAYMENT METHOD

• You get a cash refund
• You will be charged an admin fee to return the product.

Summary of Our Returns Policy :

1. YOU MAY EXCHANGE MOST ITEMS FOR THE SAME OR FOR DIFFERENT ITEMS/SIZES WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY

2. THERE MAY BE ADMIN AND SHIPPING FEES CHARGED FOR EXCHANGES DEPENDING ON THE NATURE OF THE EXCHANGE

3. THERE ARE ADMIN AND SHIPPING FEES CHARGED FOR REFUNDS

4. ITEMS BOUGHT AT A DISCOUNT OF 20% OR MORE DO NOT QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

5. IT IS A LOT MORE FEASIBLE AND PROFITABLE TO RESELL JEANS INSTEAD OF RETURNING THEM, BUT YOU ARE MOST WELCOME TO PROCEED WITH A RETURN.

6. PLEASE LODGE EXCHANGES VIA THE RETURNS PORTAL.
