Employment Type : 6 month probation progressing to fixed-term contract
Location : Zalemart, Durban Central
Seniority Level : Entry-Mid Level
Required/Advantageous Experience, Skills, Values & Qualifications :
- Successfully completed NQF Level 4/Matric/Grade 12 or Equivalent
- Fluent in speaking and understanding English and isiZulu
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- General distribution/packing/ skills and product knowledge
- General knowledge of, and experience with, stock management systems
- General knowledge of spreadsheets
- General knowledge of e-commerce (preferably Shopify)
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts
- Driver's license
- Ability to work from home if necessary : High speed internet, computer and smartphone.
- Dynamic, smart, strong, creative and hard-working individual with integrity
- Sober habits
- Non - smoker
Roles (Including but not limited to) :
- In-Store Customer Service
- WhatsApp Customer Service
- Packing orders
- Quality Control of stock
- Stock counts
- Warehouse management and arrangement
Working Hours (Subject to change) :
- Monday - Saturday : 7:00 - 17:30
- Sundays : 7:00 - 16:30
- One off day per week (rotation basis)
- Daily lunch break
Pay and Benefits :
- Training Provided
- Competitive, market-related basic salary based on skills and experience
- Minimum Total Cost To Company : R4 000 per month
- Maximum Total Cost To Company : R8 000 per month
- Sales commission after 6 month probation
- Paid annual leave
